When you use a Master Plumber, their work is covered by our Master Plumbers Guarantee* for 12 months, giving you peace of mind. The Guarantee applies to all residential plumbing, gasfitting or drainlaying work carried out by a Master Plumber. The Master Plumbers Guarantee covers the following up to $20,000 incl GST:
- Advance payment – If you have paid for work that can’t be completed due to the Master Plumber going into liquidation or bankruptcy, we will ensure the work you have paid for is completed.
- Substandard workmanship – If we accept your claim that work done for you is not up to the standard expected by a Master Plumber, we will arrange for the work to be remedied.
